Once an order is confirmed and payment is verified, we process dispatch within 24 to 48 hours. Standard delivery timelines range between five to seven business days for major cities, while remote, rural, or high-security zones may require seven to twelve business days due to logistical constraints and courier routing. Delivery timelines may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, courier backlogs, strikes, holidays, government restrictions, or regional disruptions. Shipping charges may vary based on package weight, dimensions, delivery location, product type, and ongoing promotional offers. Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a real-time tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email to monitor shipment movement and estimated delivery windows. Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to two or three times depending on the location. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, refusal to accept the package, or unreachable contact information, the package may be returned to our warehouse, and additional re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch. Customers must inspect packages at the time of delivery and report any concerns such as damaged packaging, missing items, leakage, tampered seals, or incorrect products within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Supporting images and videos may be requested to validate claims.
