Items that have been opened, used, tampered with, altered, exposed to improper storage conditions, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Products purchased during clearance sales, limited-time offers, or final-sale events are also non-returnable. Upon approval of a valid return request, we will initiate a refund within seven to ten business days, depending on the payment method and banking timelines. COD orders may be refunded through bank transfer or digital wallet credit after verification. Customers may also choose to receive a replacement of the same item, subject to stock availability, or opt for store credit usable for future purchases on our website. We may require additional supporting evidence such as photographs, batch numbers, or packaging labels for verification.
